A Letter from the Founder

Hi, I’m Anastasia Shulman, Founder of Complete Financials.

I started this firm in 2018 after seeing the same gap show up again and again in the accounting world.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Coastal Carolina University and began my career in a CPA firm, on a traditional path toward becoming a CPA. Very quickly, I realized that while CPAs are essential for tax preparation, many firms simply don’t have the capacity to handle ongoing bookkeeping or maintain clean, reliable QuickBooks files for their clients. That gap creates confusion, stress, and financial reports that don’t actually make sense.

At the same time, I knew the traditional CPA path - with its pressing deadlines and tax seasons - wasn’t the lifestyle I wanted long term. I wanted to build something more sustainable, both for myself and for the clients I work with.

Before starting Complete Financials, I spent over ten years gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of business transactions, learning how businesses really operate and how to solve problems when there is no clear roadmap.

Today, our firm focuses almost exclusively on corporate bookkeeping in QuickBooks. We help businesses clean up, restructure, and maintain their books so financial reports are accurate, organized, and easy to understand. When your numbers are clear and reliable, you can make confident decisions about growth, because you can’t scale what you can’t measure. Once the books are in order, we provide clean financial statements to your CPA so tax preparation can happen smoothly and without surprises.

Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed or unsure whether their numbers can be trusted. When we step in, that uncertainty lifts. The reports begin to tell a clear story, decisions feel grounded, and instead of simply delivering reports, we deliver peace of mind knowing the work is fully owned and handled with care.
